Refund policy

For non-custom items (our Pride & Holiday Collections) we will accept returns for 14 days after delivery. Please email us at info@glowpapercompany.com or refer to your order confirmation emails to process your return.

Because every Glow Paper Co. wedding item is custom-designed and made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. We take exceptional care in our design, proofing, and production processes, and it’s very rare that an item arrives with an issue.

If something doesn’t look exactly as expected, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We’re always happy to review your order and promptly resolve anything that needs attention.
