The SAGEWOOD 7-PIECE SUITE shown in the main listing photo (Olive) includes:
- 5 x 7 Main Invitation with "ticket" die-cut shape and custom venue illustration, Olive letterpress printed on 2-Ply Off-White (can choose Bright White in design process), mounted on an Olive backer that borders the invitation by 1/8 inch on all sides.
- 4.25 x 5.5 Details card, digitally printed on 1-Ply Olive
- 4.875 x 3.5 RSVP card with "ticket" die-cut shape, digitally printed on 1-Ply Off-White (can choose Bright White in design process)
- Digitally Printed Details Envelope (to hold inserts) with custom vintage monogram on the front, and "See you in..." on the back flap
- RSVP Envelope in Off-White (can choose Bright White in design process), digitally printed with your return address
- 1.25" Silk Ribbon in White (can choose .5" ribbon in design process)
- Outer Envelope in Off-White (can choose Bright White in design process), digitally printed with guest address + return address, with vintage floral pattern liner

SEMI-CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS
Select Options & Complete Purchase
- Choose color, print methods, wrap, fonts and liner from the drop down menus below. If adding Font or Liner Swap, please purchase those separately. Purchase any quantity of invitations (50+) you'd like, but remember to order 10% extra, or a total of (10) suites, whichever is larger. You will need extras!
Complete Wording and Design Form
- After your purchase, you will receive a link to our Wording & Design Form and Guest List Spreadsheet to complete as soon as possible. This is where you will provide your exact wording for all pieces, and also make your final design choices (bright white vs. off-white, ribbon color, monogram, etc.)
Review Digital Proof & Request Edits if Needed
- After completion of the Wording & Design Form AND the Guest Address Spreadsheet, a designer will deliver your complimentary Digital Proof within 3 business days. Please review all pages carefully, and provide any and all edits using the provided form. A designer will review and provide (1) additional proof within 2 business days, if needed, showing final edits.
Final Proof Approval
- We will ask for final approval before we move your order to production. If any additional edits are required after the second (final) proof, you may request additional proofs at $50/per proof. Each subsequent proof will be delivered in (2) business days. Once final approval has been submitted, no additional edits may be made; your order heads to the print shop!
Production & Shipping
- Semi-Custom Invitation orders will ship (3) weeks after Final Proof Approval. Your chosen shipping speed is in addition to this production time. A shipping notification with tracking number will be sent when your order leaves our studio.
Assembly & Mailing
- Semi-Custom Invitations include minimal assembly completed by our team in our Montclair, NJ studio. Backer is attached, but not stuffed with inserts; Ribbons are trimmed to size but not tied; Assembly tips and instructions are provided here.
- You will need to apply postage to your suite prior to mailing. We recommend planning for (2) Forever stamps for the outer envelope, and (1) Forever stamp for the RSVP envelope. That said, it is your responsibility to double check with your local post office that the postage is sufficient for your finished envelopes.
